Information Regarding Order, Shipping, and Return Processes
Your orders are delivered to the cargo company at the latest within 3 business days following the approval of your payment.
- Industrial products are sent in secure packaging standards.
- Cargo tracking number is automatically sent to your e-mail address.
- Orders placed on public holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day.
Your right to return within 14 days is reserved in accordance with the Consumer Law. However, points to be considered in the chemical product group are as follows:

In liquid cleaning products, the return of products with opened cap seals or damaged packaging is not accepted due to health and safety regulations.
If you notice a leak or damage in the package while receiving your cargo, please follow the steps below:
- Have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Determination Report".
- Return processes cannot be carried out for damaged products for which a report is not kept.
