Rights and Obligations of Buyer and Seller

Is the person/institution who shops through the website and makes the payment.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website in an electronic environment.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
The Buyer has the right to withdraw without any justification within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
IMPORTANT (Chemical Products):
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for liquid cleaning and chemical products whose packaging has been opened after delivery due to hygiene.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Buyer confirms the preliminary information regarding the sales price, payment method, and delivery.
- The product subject to the contract is delivered provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
